RESERVATION POLICY

You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Rooms will be guaranteed only after credit card is approved and you have received confirmation.
Old Clark Inn is authorized to charge to this credit card any applicable deposits, room costs, fees, repairs and damages.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in hours are 4 to 8 pm / Check-out is 11:00 am.
EARLY check-in is usually available, although it will not be guaranteed.
LATE check-in, when available, will be pre-arranged between 8 and 10pm. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will a first-time guest be allowed to check-in after 10pm. At 10pm the office CLOSES and you are considered a NO-SHOW. If you are not certain you will arrive by 10pm, you should not make this reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy shall apply to all cancellations, complete or partial, including date changes, regardless of reason and regardless of whether the vacancy is filled. Minimum stay requirements must be met and paid in full.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email) and you must receive a cancellation number.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
Up to 3 "room nights" reserved during non-peak requires a minimum of 3 days notice. 4 or more "room nights" reserved or any reservation during peak requires a minimum of 7 days notice and a deposit. Whole House Rental or any reservation during ski peak requires a minimum of 14 days notice and a deposit.
Cancellations with less than the minimum required notice will be charged 50% of the total bill. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of their bill. Failure to check-in prior to 10 pm on the first day of reservation constitutes a no show.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable $25 deposit will be required:
During holidays, festivals and events; Reservations more than 4 months in advance; Reservations for 4 or more “room nights”; Other dates at innkeepers’ discretion.
A non-refundable $50 deposit will be required:
Christmas Week, President’s Day Weekend, The Roadkill Cook-Off (last Sat in Sept); Reservations for “The 3 Room Suite”; Reservations for 6 or more “room nights”; Other dates at innkeepers’ discretion.

SMOKING POLICY

This is a smoke free facility. Violators of the no-smoking policy will forfeit their reservation without compensation and will be charged a minimum $175 room recovery fee.
