Reservations

  • Rooms will be guaranteed only after you have provided valid credit card information and have received confirmation.
  • By providing this credit card information for the purpose of obtaining lodging reservations, you are accepting the terms and conditions set forth on this policy page and authorizing the Old Clark Inn to charge to this credit card any applicable deposits, room costs, fees, repairs and damages.
  • You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and also to assume occupancy of room(s).  A state issued photo ID and a credit card with your name on it will be required to check in.
  • Reservations are non-transferable.  For someone else to acquire your reservation, you must cancel your reservation, and new party must provide their credit card number and personal information.

Cancellations / Deposits

The total balance on your reservation will be charged to your credit card on the day before your check-in date.

  • Cancellations made after 8 am on the day before your check-in date are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice but less than the minimum notice as stated below will be charged 50% of the total bill.
    • 3 days (prior to check-in date)
      • Up to 3 “room nights” reserved and during Non-Peak
    • 7 days (prior to check-in date)
      • Reservations for 4 or  more “room nights”
      • During holidays, festivals and  events
      • During periods designated as “peak” or other dates at innkeepers’ discretion
    • 14 days (prior to check-in date)
      • Christmas Week, The Roadkill Cook-Off (last Sat in Sept),
      • Whole House Rental
      • Other specific reservations at innkeepers’ discretion
  • This policy shall apply to all cancellations, complete or partial, including date changes, regardless of reason and regardless of whether the vacancy is filled.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email) and you must receive a cancellation number.
  • Minimum stay requirements must be met and paid in full.
  • Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
  • If re-booked within 30 days, a portion of the charge may be credited to the new reservation at innkeepers’ discretion. Credit will be issued at check-in. The new reservation will be subject to applicable rates and cancellation policies.
