  • Laundry facilities on premises for once a week use by weekly and monthly guest. Laundry supplies included.
  • Individual heat thermostats and window AC in bedroom.

RATES (3 night minimum stay) *Add 40% to Daily/Weekly rates during ski holidays and special events.

Daily

  • 1 bedroom   (max 2 people)  $125 per night + tax
  • 2 bedrooms (max 4 people)  $155 per night + tax ($77.50/room/day + tax)

Weekly

  • 1 bedroom   (max 2 people)  $400 per week  + tax ($57.00/day + tax)
  • 2 bedrooms (max 4 people)  $600 per week + tax  ($43.00/room/day + tax)

Monthly (tax included)

  • 1 bedroom   (max 2 people)  $900 per month ($30.00/day)
  • 2 bedrooms (max 4 people)  $1200 per month ($20.00/room/day)

Deposit / Cancellation

  • Daily:       $200 / Non-refundable 7 days out
  • Weekly:   $300 / Non-refundable 14 days out
  • Monthly: $400 / Non-refundable 30 days out

Deposit secures reservation and is the damage/cleaning/smoking deposit.  Refunded after check-out*

Payment due in full upon arrival.  Paid in single transaction, cash or credit card.  ($5.00 per transaction for multiple transactions.)

*DAMAGE/CLEANING DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR DEPARTURE
PROVIDED THAT:

1. There is no damage, beyond normal wear and tear, to the property or items in/on the property. (We will sometimes choose not to charge the guest if they let us know of damage prior to departure.)
2. No items are missing. (towels, glass wear, supplies etc.)
3. Terms of your agreement have not been violated.
4. House is left reasonably clean upon departure:
Dishes washed, counters/tables wiped, refrigerator/appliances wiped down, food and beverages removed, coffee maker clean, obvious/excessive debris removed from floors, trash in containers, AC off/Heat to 55, lights off, doors locked, keys on kitchen counter.

DETAILS

  • Location:  Entrance at 707 Second Ave. Marlinton WV 24954 (Official address 706 Waugh lane)
  • Accessibility:  Not handicap accessible, there are 21 steps leading to apartment.
  • Essential supplies:  The apartment is fully stocked for daily and weekly guests. For monthly guests we can stock some but not all of these essentials. Paper products and trash bags, cleaning supplies, cooking supplies – salt, pepper,oil, foil. Cleaning equipment – vacuums, dusters, rags, mop and bucket. Shampoo, bar soap, dish soap, air freshener. Towels wash cloths linens.
  • Housekeeping:  There is no daily housekeeping but some housekeeping may be arranged under a separate agreement.
  • Maintenance:  All maintenance is the responsibility of the host- changing light bulbs etc.
  • Laundry:  Laundry is available once a week to weekly and monthly guests. All supplies are included.
  • Outdoor Space:  This apartment has a small yard, but is a short walk to the river park and trail.
  • Hosts:  Your hosts reside in the building in front of the apartment. We are available until 9pm and anytime after that if urgent. 304-799-6377

POLICIES

  • Non Smoking:  No smoking in the building or 25 feet from any door or window. If you are a smoker, this property will not work for you.
  • No Pets:  No pets allowed on the property.
  • Maximum Occupancy:  This building has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. If you intend to have a number of guests the property may not work for you.
  • Check In And Out:  IN 4 pm – 9 pm, OUT 12 pm. Earlier check in may be possible with prior arrangements. Late check outs will be charged $15 per hour in 1 hour increments beginning at 12:01 pm.
    After check in you will have 24 hour access with key for entrance and apartment door.
  • Reservations:  Reservations are required. You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.  By providing a credit card and deposit, you are accepting the terms and conditions set forth on this page and authorizing the Old Clark Inn to charge to this credit card any applicable deposits, room costs, fees, repairs and damages.
  • Cancellations:  Daily rental deposits are, non-refundable 7 days out, Weekly deposits are non-refundable 14 days out and monthly deposits are non-refundable 30 days out.  If guest arrives and decides to leave early, there will be no refund for a daily or weekly rental.  For a monthly rental, the nights not spent after the first week will be refunded at 50% with 24 hours notice. No shows (failure to check-in by to 9:00 pm the first day of reservation) will be charged the full amount of the reserved rental minus the amount of their deposit.
  • Liability Clause:  The Old Clark Inn does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to person or personal property. Nor do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any mechanical malfunction or utility interruption.
